The pressures

What this sector is contending with

  • Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) tightening
  • Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) deadlines
  • Damp, mould and indoor air quality risk
  • Resident comfort and bill affordability
How we help

Where we add value

  • PAS 2035-aligned whole-house retrofit assessments
  • Fabric-first energy audits and retrofit specification
  • SHDF and ECO funding strategy
  • Performance monitoring post-installation
Funding

Residential funding routes we work with.

Most of this work is funded — fully or partly — through schemes the buyer didn’t know they could access. We sequence engagements around grant windows.
